Hilary Simila grew up on the NW Oregon coast among the tide pools and ocean. She attended Bastyr University in Seattle Washington, where she received her Masters in Health Sciences and Acupuncture, as well as Chinese Herbal Medicine. She completed her clinical rounds at Bastyr Center for Natural Health and made her way to Shanghai China to finish her studies at the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.
Hilary has been practicing and studying Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine for the past 18 years. She is passionate about treating the whole person, which includes body/mind/spirit andgetting to the root of where a person’s imbalance began.
Along with Acupuncture, your treatment may include; Moxa, Cupping, Tuina, Gua Sha,
and Chinese Herbal Medicine.She specializes in acute and chronic pain relief, digestive disorders, integrative cancer care, Trauma and PTSD.
On her days off you can find Hilary wandering the trails, and exploring the natural treasures of our beautiful northwest. She enjoys; spending time with her teenager and two dogs, cooking, studying herbal medicine, and sewing.
